Inclusive Leadership

In a world where Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts often fall into checkbox exercises, my unique experience brings a refreshing perspective. There is a suffering at the intersection of being Black, gay, and male that can result in a redemptive self-knowledge and a more compassionate understanding of oneself and the other. This leads me to believe that the current DEI practices miss the mark by failing to encompass the essence of humanness. My mission is to bridge the divide, offering inclusive leadership training and consulting services that transcend the 'woke' and 'anti-woke' extremes. Together, we can foster genuine connections that enrich the workplace and the bottom line, ensuring everyone benefits.
